Terms of exchange or return
- You can request a replacement or return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original condition : unused, unwashed, with all tags and labels, in the original packaging complete, with the shipping label.

Exchange or return policy
- Free: We will cover the shipping costs if the product is damaged or incorrect ( size/color/model ).
- Customer: If the reason for the exchange or return is other than the above, the customer shall bear the full shipping costs.
- If a problem arises after use, a written description and clear pictures of the problem should be sent as soon as it appears.
- If the product requires a quality check, it will be checked by the quality department within 48 hours of receiving it at the company headquarters, and you will be notified of the result.
- Replacement products are delivered within 2–5 business days .
- Replacement or return requests are processed within 48 business hours .
Recovery methods
- The refund will be processed via InstaPay or any other electronic wallet.
