Order Confirmation
- You will receive a confirmation call within 24 hours of placing your order.
- If there is no answer, we will try to call again at different times.
- If there is no response after 3 attempts within 3 consecutive days , the order will be automatically cancelled.
- Please make sure to enter a valid mobile phone number , and preferably provide a WhatsApp number for easier communication.
Order details
- Please read the product description carefully and make sure you select the correct size before confirming your order.
- Once the order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be modified .
- It is preferable to write a detailed and clear address: (Governorate - District - Street Name - Building Number - Floor - Apartment - Landmark).
- If there are any special shipping instructions, please add them in the notes section when completing the order.
- If you have multiple orders to the same address, please contact customer service to arrange for them to be shipped together. Otherwise, each order will be shipped separately with additional shipping charges.
Shipping and Delivery
- If the data is complete, the order may be shipped directly without prior contact with the customer .
- If you have entered an incorrect order or wish to amend it, please contact customer service before the order is shipped.
- Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days from the date of the order (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- The shipping company will contact you daily once the order is received, so please keep your phone handy to answer calls from the shipping company or customer service.
Upon receipt
- The order is delivered with the option to inspect the product upon receipt .
